When I had a fwd drive that we we "rallying" (just driving for our own fun on gravel & snow), I was amazed of the slide angle that you could still straighten the car. Literally, you could have car sideways just about 90 degrees to the direction you were going and just counter steer and the right amount of throttle would straighten the car.
I never liked fwd cars but it was a ton of fun.
Until I hit a tree stump pretty bad, lost 1st & 3rd gears and then few runs later, rear wheel turned under the car when I hit a rock "slightly"...
