they are Formula Nippon Cars.
Chris is an engineer at Swift (who built the cars)
Since they built the cars I'm gonna guess that the services they offer include having an engineer like Chris at the races to answer the technical stuff.
I'm curious what the drivers think of the cars. They look good that's for sure. Drivability, Raceability, etc.
