Hehe, never been to Homestead in the P car, so we will see what the laptimes are. Surely 1 sec. slower than I could be without orange mist in my eyes.

I know, I would have to paint mine, but even with identical cars, surely 75Lbs is a 0.5sec disadvantage at least....

The RS seems off the table for now, to painful trying to make it happen with dealers.
For now I will have to rely on skillz to hange with the RS's with the longer wheel base, wider track, lower center of gravity, less weight, more rubber and more downforce and sometimes even painted center consoles!

What?!

You can not diminsh the huge advantages of an RS over a regular GT3, the original 15K over compared was such a bargain, I wish I would have ordered one of such rare and much faster RS'es back when the economy was in top gear!

I'm planning on making it as well, but still waiting to hear from my dealer about the new rear tires and super secret brake fluid I had ordered.

Not so secret, just more of an inside joke to some of my buddies. Anyone here have any insight to it's performance? http://endlessusa.com/product.php?c=chemical&p=36

The soft pedal at the end of the straight last month was a a character building experience that I do not want to repeat anytime soon.

Hehe, you know how serious I am; Smooth as Butteeerr!! Not sure what i'll do in April yet.

I do not know any other brake fluid than SRF, My GT3 does not have brakes sometimes for some weird reason, sometimes the normal soft pedal, but sometimes when the pedal is hard, no brakes for a momet.

You mean character building like this? You need to tighten your bleeders properly, I found out:

Fast forward to 1:30.

I found out I had lost brakes at the same turn my first time at Homestead. I guess that's what I get for using oem pads up front.

Peter, have a great time. Your GT3 will be SCHMOOOZ AZ BUTTA at Homestead. I was going to come down to drive a friend's car with him and give him some data but Little League and 10-Under Tennis have my weekend full....
