Here in MA we use old airport runways for our autocrosses. Some courses are longer than Limerock.

Wouldn't it be more exciting to use airport runways that are currently in use????

But then you would get the gov't involved.
How about two sports in one - replace some of the cones with guys and shotguns. AutoX and Skeet all-in-one. Heck, do it on a golf course and both can score points for killing all the 'goufers'.

I've been designing a ghettocross race class. or we could call it "arrive and driveby"

you get one full clip and 1 minute to get through the course. there are 10 targets which would include fake deer, wild boars, and paper targets

imagine a cross between these two forms of americana

On Auto x, I hear that the lap times are not the only thing that only last less than a minute!
