Anybody know when the 2009 PCA CR Rule Book will be posted?
Before I contact PCA directly I thought I would see if anybody here has already done that and been told when the 2008 forms will be updated with 2009 forms and more importantly, the 2009 rule book itself.

don't bother asking....your answer will be "it will be done when it's done". Donna does her best to get it out, but it takes some time.

It took a while for the 2008 book to be available... at least mid year, maybe later. I ended up using the posted rules adopted for '08 to mark up an '07 book for reference. I will do the same for '09 most likely...

Oh, just to set the record straight, it was not a shot at Donna at all. there is a lot that goes into this rule book and she knows it's got to be done as right as possible, so she (and the entire rules committee) would rather delay it and get it right than rush and have it wrong...

I love the new rule for stock classes -
"21a. There will be a dyno present and all podium finishers in stock class will be required to go directly to it. If you have more HP than Gary OR if you finished ahead of, out-qualified, passed, caused him distress, or are a friend of Colin you are DQ'd."
That should pretty much finally get me a 1st...

While Donna and Mike are doing their best to get it out. And one can understand most of the rules witrhout a PLD in Engineerng. But some of you guys are apparently goi gby the ol nascar rule, If you ain't cheating you ain't trying.
