It's rude not to share a name with a face.

You may have, but based on what I have seen of your driving the last couple of years I bet you are MUCH faster now. You seem to be quicker every time you go out, you'll be pushing the SPBOX pretty hard on that bumpy surface. Make sure you do a nut and bolt check after each session!

Some advantages of running the SPBOX in the enduro that I considered, versus the 911 - better fuel mileage (90 minute stints versus 60), better tire and brake wear, and a much easier car to drive onsistently fast for long periods of time. It would not surprise me to see an SPBOX do VERY well in the overall race standings. A Watkins/Walker tandem would put the 185 rwhp wonder on the podium.

Thanks Rob.
I don't plan on racing the car at the MSR race becasue I have to leave for Sebring the following week and I won't have time to get the car sorted before I leave. I can be your pit guy and you can stay with us if you don't mind driving a little bit everyday. We're about 35 minutes from the track but it's free.

DUDE, you must be a mind reader! I just mentioned this to Watkins last night. No B.S.! We might give it a go. I need to talk to Todd about some support but it sounds like fun! Oh, & I don't know about any podiums

PS: What are the GTS2 times like @ TWS, ECR & the MSR 1.7? I looked at MyLaps for the ECR event but it only list car #s, not classes.

Did you click the 'show by class' option on My Laps? ECR will not show anyone in GTS-2 as only one car showed up and he volunteered to run GTS-3 to increase our car count for contingency programs.

Not sure about the GTS-2 times as we have not had real competitive fields in that class yet. A couple cars show up here and there but its just getting started. I think the SPBOX will do extremely well there.

Let's do it! We have enough spare engines and parts (and drivers).

If any of you Topp Racing boys need some crew help, let me know. Sounds like a fun weekend. Don't know that I am good enough to be a co-drover yet!

Maybe we should put this on the SWBC Series schedule instead of Kansas & save driving

Your already included Buckwheat. Just put it down as a tentative on your busy schedule
