Not that there's anything wrong with that....

Oh, I have no doubt I can spin it. If anybody can spin it, I can. I didn't earn my spot on the HWFMR team for my good looks.

Congrats Greg!

I guess this means your wife left? Sorry about that. Hopefully the car will help you feel better about it.

He's actually sleeping in it. It's a little cramped but he'll get by

That's why I need the extra large ultrashield seat with 20 degree layback. And extra padding...

No, she's been eerily cooperative about the miata so far. My spider sense is tingling. Danger Will Robinson. I'm sure a request for a more expensive horse or a bigger horse trailer is not far off.

Hmm, another rotting pinata...

I see that you're scared off by another repair bill on the RSA? Congrats on the new purchase.

Yeah, something about $800 for an engine vs. $16,000.... I talked to one spec miata guy that told me that he was racing and knew his engine was cooked but kept running the race anyway because he figured the engine was disposable and had a spare ready to go.

Based on experience, I'd say... be proactive.

800 bucks is just the beginning. Soon you'll get hooked on it and start getting things like a built engine from one of the Miata guys for the extra couple of HP for a mere 7-8000. Then there will be happy gas at 40/gallon. It's a horrible addiction that we have. Thank goodness for enablers like SCCA and PCA

engine; $4000-8000

tranny; $600

tires; $600 a set (if you get the good ones)

mucho dineros to be saved over P-car

catching and passing a flummoxed TT at a DE; priceless!
