Default Knife - edged '88 944 Racing Crank FS

Took this out of a car to make it 944 Spec legal. Had machine shop check & polish the journals. They all measure standard size. 8 lbs lighter than stock.

Lindsey Racing sells this crank for $750 here:

$450 + shipping

Actually, it was my buddy Ray Freundt. He bought the car as a built racecar, and was told the motor was 944 Spec legal. We had the motor apart to check rod bearings when we found it. It was a bit painful to go through the extra effort to replace the crank, but as we were going to NASA Nationals together, it had to be legal - we found a short block and got it done. Before we were done, we found a 16V AFM, turbo clutch & ligthtened flywheel as well . Spec is Spec and I take that seriously. We got all of those fixed at well...

It does help the crank has now sold!
