Details from the meeting:

-No spec engine (well this was obvious it was not gonna go through).

-Engines need to last 3 weekends (instead of current, two weekend rule).
-All the teams get to use 25 engines for next season.
-Customer engine price will be $10 million.
-Ferrari is supplying Toro Rosso, Toyota Williams and MB possible for Force India which also wants to buy a car from McLaren (!). FOTA will discuss about the possibility of teams selling cars to other at Brazil. Williams is strongly against it.
-Transmission still need to last the same 4 weekends as before.

No other decisions were made although other stuff for 2009 & 2010 were discussed.
