The onboard view we SHOULD get in Grand AM...
Eric Van de Poele/Thunderbolt/Lola DP (Available in high quality)
Colin Braun/Montreal/Riley DP
Nic Jonsson/Miller/Riley DP
A decent view where you can actually see whats happening, instead of looking back at the driver
Those cars do look like alot of fun to drive though!

Thanks for the links. I have a feeling I'm not the only one who kept waiting ot see the dust clouds at NJMP
Notice how only one of the three drivers has a seat with head bolsters. Interesting to see that in the top level that driver heads are hanging out in the wind like that.
The Crawford DP spent a lot of time testing at VIR this summer and that was something that caught my eye. The seat Andy Wallace was in wasn't even a high back seat. A very cool piece of carbon fiber but not nearly as large as I would have expected.

Great links - thanks!!
I agree, it would be cool if the were able to use this view for a lap or two during the telecast instead of always using the roof cameras - gives a much better sense of how fast they get around the track!
