Dell, thanks for the note, I agree with your observations on where I can go faster. My car wanted to push at 5a so I had to wait to get on the gas. Maybe I was too early. Hogpen (14 - 15?) was also tough to carry speed into, the car would push wide then 14a would get missed. But I think I can improve there, also carry more speed down the hill.
Hogpen is actually T17-T17a. There is a compression dip at T17. Being at near WOT and then WOT shortly after will rocket you through hogpen out on to the front straight. This is a place I gain time on people.
You probably felt the push at 5a because of an early turn-in. It is actually a slight late turn-in which gives you a better line and better grip. I turn in a touch late after a quick lift and back on gas to get front end grip.
Like I said, other than that, car looked good!
