Hogpen is actually T17-T17a. There is a compression dip at T17. Being at near WOT and then WOT shortly after will rocket you through hogpen out on to the front straight. This is a place I gain time on people.

You probably felt the push at 5a because of an early turn-in. It is actually a slight late turn-in which gives you a better line and better grip. I turn in a touch late after a quick lift and back on gas to get front end grip.

Like I said, other than that, car looked good!
