It's right on the heels of TWS the week before, so it's a stretch for me schedule-wise... I guess I need to make at least one of the days so I can get back to working thru the yellow group handbook requirements... they've been sitting in the passenger door storage bin since April...

Unfortunately, I won't be there
My wife has grounded me until at least next spring 'cos I put an X51 engine in... (there's a saga thread on that topic...).
Anyways, even if I weren't grounded from spending $ on my car, the shopping list is just too long for me to get back by then. It'll be around $2k+ to get back out there (rotors, pads, rear tires, hans, alignment, etc).
I wouldn't mind riding by just to hang out, if I get a chance.
Hey, on that subject (sorta), I just put the wevo semi-solid motor mounts on my car, and they aren't going to be on there for very long if I have anything to say about it. I'm going back to the stock mounts 'cos these don't get rid of the specific harmonics I'm trying to fix with my new engine (and my wife won't ride in the car now).
I'm gonna sell the Wevo's after I put new stock mounts back in. They'll fit 993 or 996, and have the black bushings. Anyone interested?
[NOTE: I'm only asking here since I'd rather sell them to a local, and I can get them to to people if they need them in time for this event].

Thanks

Burning Brakes
We will be ther driving the tires off my car and breaking in the new motor. I may even throw in a pass seat and take VR for a ride....as long as there is no funny business...

Hey, what you guys decide to do in the race car, please ensure that it stays in the car
Dave was one of the very few 'tall' guys that could shoehorn in to my old sardine can. Not that it was any help, with the high-pitched screaming and all. Are you sure you need the extra ballast?
