Hmmn, let me see, how many times can he use the word 'Alonso' in a sentence? Perhaps the folks from Guiness World Records should be made aware of this upcoming event.

Thanks for the feed! The ITV commentators actually know how to be quiet at appropriate times. Perhaps the Fox/Speed team could learn a few things by listening to the Poms!

All I can say about Hammie is Wow...

****ty strategy (not pitting on safety car) and he still takes it.

Hammy was amazing again this week. He absolutely manhandled both Massa and P Jr in the hairpin. He took the slower line on the inside and then to make up for his speed deficit he just pushed the other drivers off the track. I guess that's the way it goes, but if either of them had protected the inside, then it would have been them pushing Hammy out on the exit.

Massa had an ok race, but he should be able to do more with that car - or maybe McLaren really is that strong. Kimi better stop having bad weekends if he wants to stay in this.

LOL, I'd LOVE that. But you and Finn should all be in the booth too.

So McLaren has no team orders??? Or was Hekki just being a nice guy?

There's a book you should read, it's called "Safety Cars-How They Affect Races".

Alonso was passed not once, but twice, by Kimi in this race. And then he had a spin and ended up out of the points.

Alonso will be getting a ride home on the FAILBOAT.

As not much of a LH fan, he did a great job today despite his team making it tough for him.

I think we can attribute that to the Ferrari.

Piquet qualified where? And Kimi qualified where related to his team mate?

FA is the only driver who's outqualified his team mate every race. He's putting that Renault much higher than it belongs.

The safety car, and McLaren's decision to not bring Hamilton in really added some excitement to the race. Piquet was very lucky with the safety car, but then he was unlucky in qualifying... So bad luck led to good luck! Lucky or not, he did a great job with the good fortune that came his way. He was smart and fast and Massa could not gain on him. At one point, I was wondering that Piquet had an outside shot at a win if Massa were to keep Hamilton behind him! Heidfeld had another solid race.

Overall a good race.
