Yep. I still think the E36 looked better than the E46, and the E39 better than the E60. My 6 year old M5 still turns heads, and is a monster, even by today's standards. Viva la Vanos!

I gotta say that the Z4 coupe is gorgeous. I'll also admit that, despite not linitially liking the Z4 roadster, the shape has really aged well and has become better-looking to my eye.

Designed by a large committee of folks who obviously despised each other.

Need we say more........

I will anyway.... my E30 turns more heads than you would believe, it never ceases to amaze me when I go out in a new customer BMW even some M cars thinking people must be checking the car out and no one gives two hoots, it might as well be a rwd camry. Not to mention they are everywhere, driven by a bunch of people who have no idea what a BMW is, except it has that badge up front so it must be good...

Mark, come back to us man. Just give us a signal about where they have you held and who has the gun to your head making you type this post. We will organize a Rennlist Extraction Team................

Ducking for cover would probably be a good idea after making a comment like that

I think Bull's onto something, has Bangle got you locked in a room trying to explain why his designs aren't ugly? If so we will come get you, I know its making Abu Ghraib look like the Four Seasons....

I feel like a 996 or 997 owner who doesn't know any better about the great cars Porsche used to make, but I rather like my e90. 9 countries, 7 laps of the Nordschleife, and 59k miles without an issue. It is fun, efficient for what it is, and I don't think looks bad at all.

Had a '73 2002 tii and the one below was nice but way too stiff for the street (lowered with double adjustable Konis) so I sold it. Those were good cars.

My parents still own an original factory 1970 Alpina 2002 race car shipped to the states specifically for Trans AM, it was the first BMW to win a Trans AM race, I think it was up at the old Bryar (now NHMS) in NH.

Similar to one of these, just solid orange-
