Hey Adam,

The P50 is for the 997 Cup and the P40 is for 996 cup....

According to my Factory Manuals, P50 have been standard on the front since 2002.
I just double-checked...

Rick,

Are these or similar rotors available for the 996 turbo?

Really strange convention from Porsche/Pagid regarding the P90s (P90s are stock on the front of a GT3 street car).
P40=RS14
P50=RS15
P90=/=RS19
P90s are even yellow, but they are not ceramic racing pads like the RS19 yellows. P90s are more of a street-only compound. I'm speculating a bit, but I think they are more like the RS4-2 blue aggressive street pads.

You 996 TT guys need to look at your "offset" in the hat. These rotors will not work on the Turbo, as the hat offset is not the same... All 350MM Porsche rotors are not the same so buyer beware...

Check my DIY in the 996TT section... GT2/3 rotors are NOT compatible. You'd have to replace your suspension uprights to get the GT2/3 to work with your setup.

I don't have a 996; but an old 911 with custom hubs on RSR spindles and JRZ struts.

Sorry Alan, I mis-understood from your question above... I know Larry (Landjet) and others are looking for "affordable" non-drilled replacements...

Hi Alan,

If you have any adjustable room in your setup, you might be able to use them. The hat offset difference is only a couple of mm and you might be able to make them fit..

I can send you a worn out GT3 rotor for fitment purposes if you want ot give it a go....I'm sure you can find some worn out rotors on your coast as well...!

Rick, thanks for the offer. Actually, I am on the same coast -- Maryland, the town is California. Will be at the Glen this weekend and the little cracks are already there after 1500 track miles.
