Default Slow Motion Cups and Saucers video......

for those who want to admire the scenery.
I don't have a lap timer, but I think my fastest lap was under 5 minutes....... or so it seemed

It includes:

My first official solo day at the Glen
Trying to keep a beautiful Cayman S in sight
Getting black flagged (5:15)
Paying a visit to the famous "Uncle Bill"

Is there any hope for this kid?
Any comments appreciated......

Two wheels off ??? in T1 Isn't that the racing line. They were painfully slow for an advanced event??? Good drive

That lap was a 2:36, all because of those slow white cars, which is just pathetically slow. I think they need to check their definition of advanced driver.

Post some more laps so we can dissect it and give you some tips . The one thing you need to do is follow closer. When you go thru the laces, you are way too far off Joel's rear bumper (in the Cayman).

Colin,I think one of those white cars was me .. and I had a broken air flow meter... no power at 5k rpm, complete cut out ( as you can see on the straight). I had to drive in the saucers group as the car was almost undrivable. Dan Jacobs and Bela were able to open the box up and temporarily fix it. Thanks Dan/Bela. The cups group was much faster.

Apparently your airflow meter is connected to your rearview mirror and left arm

Paolo - I hit those rumbles (in varying degrees) just about every lap and several times went up on top of them, was that early on in the event when they were being crazy? As for your driving, T1 you need to be on the apex rumbles, Bus stop turn in I was trying to nick the cone they put up and jump the 1st rumble, you seem to be short shifting in the S's, use the upper RPMs more. Nice early turn in on T8 but you mamby-pamby your way through T9 and T10.. All in all good job, just go faster..

Hey Andy, we all have those moments...yours just happened to be caught on tape! Good thing the mechanical happened at the DE so you can be full steam for the race. I can't freaking wait until next week.
