CoolShirt - tubing getting pinched?

I seem to be having an issue with my CoolShirt and wondering if anyone else is also...
I have the 24 qt Club system with flow controller. When I start out a session, the suit works great. In fact, I have to keep the flow on low. However, after about 5-10 minutes on track, even with the flow on high, I start to overheat and I don't feel the cold water running through the system. When I pit in and loosen my harness, the cold water starts flowing again.
I am assuming that either the harness is so tight that I am pinching the tubing on the shirt or the g-forces involved in driving are squeezing the tubing between me and the seat enough so that the cold water stops flowing. The design of the shirt appears to have 2 incoming and 2 outgoing flows, so it would take pinching 2 of either to stop the flow.
Has anyone else had this problem? If yes, what have to you done to fix it? If no, what am I doing wrong!?!
Side question - has anyone tried running extra tubing directly into the padding of a seat?

Joel, check where the cool shirt tubing comes out of your race suit (likely the right side pocket). It is very easy for it to get pinched under your lap belt here if you do not thread it carefully...

that's the same problem that Gary has with his. You'd think if it was from pinching that it would happen as soon as you strapped in, not after driving for a while. Might be a weak pump that has trouble when the water is sloshing.

Can somebody please point me to such a difference in shirt? I was on the Cool Shirt website as well as several vendors I frequent and didn't see any mention of a HANS specific shirt. Thanks guys! ![Cheers](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/beerchug.gif)
ps. I did see in the "news" section of Cool Shirt that they introduced a HANS friendly shirt yet I don't see the option to select one.

Sean, thanks so much! I was actually on the AP website earlier but didn't even think to do the drop down to select. I was searching high and low for the HANS option. Now I know. Many thanks!
