Some items to NOTE:

· Thursday is a DE day for Diablo Region PCA. You may enter the paddock after 3:00 PM. You may enter the paddock any time it is open on Friday. In either case please be respectful of other people's territory.

· Gates open at 6:00 AM on Friday and Saturday - ALL participants, non-driving friends, family and visitors MUST sign the GGR insurance release at registration.

· Mandatory Drivers Meetings, on the first floor of the tower building. Friday’s is at 7:40 AM and Saturday’s is at 7:40 AM. Arriving late at this meeting affects everyone's track time.

· Drive extra safely in Willows and areas surrounding the track.

· Dinner at Track Saturday Evenings for those who have purchased it. See the registrar throughout the weekend to purchase additional dinners.

· Time Trialers: Remember to hand in your timing slips by 6:00 pm Saturday.

· Fuel at track, available with credit card. Tire service is uncertain.

· Do NOT overload the paddock electrical system – apart from costing us, it would likely disrupt track time.

· In the event of a fuel or other spill, notify the track personnel immediately and douse with water ASAP. Quick action can greatly reduce the consequences.

· If you bring an RV or intend to camp overnight, please note there are no fires, no black or gray water dumping; no excess noise and a 12:00 AM curfew.

· Noise limit: 103 dbA monitored from random locations from 9 AM to 5 PM; 95 dbA otherwise. Don’t start your race engines before 7:30 AM or after 6 PM please.

· All drivers require Snell 2000 or newer helmets. Wear long pants, long sleeve shirts of natural fibers or an approved suit of flame-resistant material. Wear closed shoes.

Registration and Tech: 7:00-7:30 am

If you missed the full annual tech, please have this taken care of prior to the event. For a listing of official tech sites, please see the GGR website. You will not receive a full tech at Infineon this year. Questions? Please contact tech chairman, George Morris. He can be reached at actiontrailersales@comcast.net.
