To me, the greatest shortcoming was that the driving looked amateurish ( I know it featured pro's), and the cars didn't look at all remarkable on cold tire burnouts, and half-completed donuts. One car doing a donut around the other, or the tandem drifting of Formula D would at least have looked more professional. Didn't the GT3 in-car video suggest wheel hop as well?
I know that the makers of the film tried hard, but the end result is a bit disappointing. Even a controlled drift 180 at the end of the run would have been better than the partial whatever the Cayman driver tried. AS
