I'm looking to get a pair of Cobra Imola S seats for my car, in my search for the best price I found 2 seats with very similar descriptions. The Imola S and Imola II appear to be very similar (the same?) with the only difference in description being the HANS compatibility. Can anyone verify what the difference in the two seats is?

Check the sizes on the seats. I think the S is the larger version.

I think they are just models from different years. I can't find the info in the material I have from Cobra.

As for HANS compatible it has the slots for 5-6 pt harness so it is compatible. Both would be HANS compatible as far as I am concerned since you can use a harness.

The newer one has an offset headrest section for the HANS device which is a pretty important feature in my opinion. I don't know when the change took place or if there was a name change in concert.
