I guess I can wave @ all my old cup buddies as they go flying by since they have twice the p/w ratio that I do. I've been on the other side of this situation many times & it's not where I would have put us but, in their defense, it is a brand new class so they will have to figure out how we stack up.

Our car survived the "Trial By Ice" shakedown of the new motor, so we should be good to go. Being a big spender I splashed out for a set of new-used Toyo's. I'm going to have to find a bunch more speed, Olcha slapped me around at ECR. If not, maybe I can have some fun with Jay and Steve.

Anyone know where I can get an RA-1 in 255/40/17 locally in Austin before Thursday? One of mine that was delivered this week from an online order has a piece of aluminum piercing the sidewall that I guess occurred during shipping.

Or, will there be anyone at the track selling RA-1's?

Anyone who has trailered down to TWS know if a normal Haulmark enclosed trailer will fit in the entrance tunnel? Or do I have to make arrangements to use the back gate? Trailer is 102" wide and 103" tall. Thanks!

I hauled a 24' Featherlite through there w/o a problem. You should be fine. I think just the BIG rigs need to use the back gate.
