Advice needed on purchasing tickets for F1 event.
I am planning on attending the Montreal F1 race in June. I have no clue on what service to use to get reserved seats. I have found several international websites that offer tickets, but I wasn't sure if there are less than obvious things I need to be aware of. Does anyone have any experience on how to go about this?
Thanks.
Thanks.

The venue should have ticket resorces available. Also not sure if you have attended an F1 race but take ear plugs 18K+ en-mass is an amazing sound. Was at indy for a few years and the sound was absolutely piercing. Lots and Lots of very cools stuff and if at all possible try to get credentials that allow you in the hallow grounds of the padock area.

Going to an F1 race w/ a padock pass is a goal and dream of mine.

Get tickets for the Casino corner. You really get to see some threshold braking, late overtaking and hear those engines scream comming out of the apex.
An added benefit is right behind you is the paddock for the supporting races. When i went there 2 years ago they were F360's & 430's. You don't need any special passes to walk through it.

Thanks for all of the helpful responses.
(This of course excludes Cabcar. He has had reading comprehension problems since he was in kindergarten and failed to understand the question.)

Ticket location
I have been to Montreal a few times and I would recommend the outside of turn 2 or the bottom of turn 2. Casino is good but at T2 you can see them coming down the front straight at 180, hitting T1 at and going through T2 in 1st gear. There is a lot of acton there.

I have 2 great tix for sale in the section mentioned about (T2).
Will sell for face value. Think I paid like $820 USD for two tix for all three days.
I would be going with my wife but just foind out about other plans.
You would be sitting with a group of several other porsche owners and racers, its a great time. I just cant go.
PM if interested, I will be listing for sale soon.
