I got a used lexan windshield and it had adhesive decals across the top. After pulling them off, there is a thin sticky residue. What should I use to remove this, that will not harm the lexan? 3M adhesive remover?

WD40, then clean the WD40 off with a light soap that cuts grease. The oil in the WD40 will break down the adhesive in a non-abrasive manner and does dull plastics.

I suggest Denatured Alcohol. Hot enough solvent to melt the glue but not hot enough to effect the Lexan. DA work great for removal on solvent based paint finishes as well.
DO NOT use on latex finishes.
