Well it's Friday and I am screwing around fixing the office computers and software instead of bidding work. Seeing the threads about driving and spinning and BFI just made this a natural. We all know that everyone has great videos of their perfect lines, race wins, and record laps. How about some of your more embarrassing moments. I have posted this before, but here is a classic way to throw away a race win, twice in one race. Enjoy...and post yours.

Right click here! It's 92 megs.

Vaughan that rear-facing camera shot is classic! You really sprayed those tires all over the track. I'll bet that the guy in the sports racer was saying WTF!

Hope that the car wasn't hurt to badly.

From last year's Lime Rock PCA CR enduro. A bit embarrassing that I can't even make it through turn 1 following a restart when I'm in the lead! No worries, I won the race...

Nice one Charlie. What happened? Just too hot? You didn't look too bad going in.

Sweet! Looked like Scotto got the jump on you during the restart and you pinched it trying to hold your position. Pretty funny watching everyone elso go by.

I think this basically sums it up. I was shocked the car went around, situations like that are usually no problem.

It's a strange spin. It just snapped. Did you hit the curb?

I agree, strange. I did not hit the curb. I didn't get back on the gas quite like I wanted to (some white car got in front of me), but I was still surprised (at the time and now) that the car kept going around. Oh well, thank goodness for lucky yellows...

Hey, Larry, I'm guessing you're pretty happy they paved that extra area outside turn 1 at Daytona or that off could have been a lot uglier... Sweet passing on the outside of the bowl there, you really got out of the chicane with some speed to catch those fat 993RSs.

Yes I am. Actually the Green 993RS caught back up to me by the end of the straight and was on the inside, so I went just a little deeper trying to hold my position. Sound familiar?
