I wonder why the Manor Ho doesn't have a loyalty program like the big chains do?
When did it stop? Stay 10 nights, 11th is free (or maybe stay 9, 10th is free). Used it in 2006.
You have to ask for it though.

They do. Just ask them about it. Stay X number of nights and get a rock of crack for free. Sorry... I meant a room for free.

Wow, I'll have to see if I can get a retro-active accounting for previous stays. Not enough to earn a free night yet, but sooner or later this would pay off. Thanks Michael!

What the heck. I just signed up (and paid) for the full 3 days.

Won't arrive until Friday morning, though. I figure I'll save one hotel night. Those of you slumming it without a garage, save me a space.

I'll be asking for the retro free night too. I surely have 10 nights racked up in the past year.

If I'm sans garage, I will setup a popup on Thursday night on the fence and re-claim my ant mound from Boze. We'll save room for you. If I get a garage, then bug off!

Just keep the party noise down, OK? I'll need all the rest I can get. When are you pulling down? I'm probably headed down first thing Friday morning. Will start from Cresson. Let me know.

Just doing 2 of the 3 DE days. I hope to be underway before sunset on Friday; will be happy if I can make it to the Manor House for Richard's traditional evening registration window, then off to TWS to drop the car off, and then finally to the Courtyard. So it will be Saturday before we're really able to be much of a nuisance. Will any of your fans be there?

Fans? Only fans I have are the air circulation types! Trying to get Sam to come down, so we'll see.

Question for Richard or others running the LSR Club Race and DE:

Do you guys publish race control frequencies that drivers can use to monitor for emergencies, etc? I am reading about more and more courses broadcasting direct to drivers via a Raceceiver LP1600 receive-only device. Links to the product can be found here. Pegasus Racing is selling these devices as well.

If nothing else, does LSR or Maverick publish corner worker frequencies or race control frequencies? If so, what is the best way to secure these frequencies? Not looking to listen in on radio chatter in an inappropriate way, but the suggestions about Race Control having the ability to advise drivers of safety or course issues would seem like a good thing. Thoughts?

Just go find a corner worker and they can usually tell you what frequency they are on. its very helpful espically if you know a caution is coming out in the enduro and can get into the pits beforehand

Toby,

This is what I have. Bob Benson or George Bigham would be the guys you should contact to confirm.

467.800 Channel 1 EV net
464.550 Channel 2
457.300 Channel 3
469.550 Channel 4 PA system

Note that LSR is using UHF, while we use VHF up here in Mav land.

Enduro rules have changed so we can't pit under double yellow. It is still good to know when a yellow goes up, we've been black-flagged for passing under yellow.

You're at least 50% correct.
