Yeah. Never been much of a drinker. But I'll surely try one or three.

As a beginner, you should follow the law of martinis

One martini is perfect
Two martinis is not enough
Three martinis is too many

Gin of course. Shaken, not stirred.

Now then, to make amends with King Richard the Almighty and Good Hearted Keeper of the Garages, I've reverted his avatar photo back to the original picture that I took of him.

Got Milka?

Too late, huh Uncle Richard?

BTW, according to 007, it's Vodka. Shaken, not stirred.

It's never too late for bribery.

I don't care what a fictional character drinks. I like gin.

How many cars turn out for the club race? I noticed the email notification mentions other hotels than the Manor Ho. Is that because we get a lot more drivers, or because people are asking for alternatives?

I like nice hotels as much as anyone, but personally, I'm fine with the Manor Ho. The price is right, and I like having all the other drivers & their cars around.

+1 The Ho is a dive for sure, but it's cheap and the parking lot party is where it's at. I'd miss hearing the dumpster emptied at 4AM every Saturday morning.

Staying at the Courtyard. I'm not a Ho Hater, however. It's just that I'm taking my 2 teenagers with me this time (would rather have two rooms) and staying 3 nights. So that's 6 room-nights vs. the usual 2. .... the extra cost was enough to justify using Marriott frequent-sleeper points instead of $$.

I wonder why the Manor Ho doesn't have a loyalty program like the big chains do?
