Default Backyard Buddy Experience

I had a backyard buddy 4 post lift installed about 2 years ago (I used their recommended installer) . The steel work is excellent and very heavy but the hydraulics have never worked correctly (mostly leaking under a load). I always wondered if others have experienced the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Any Advice on how to fix this problem?

Dumb question but have you talked to BB? They seem to be a pretty straight forward company that has a "top to bottom" 5 year warranty.

I'd like to know that, too. BRB was the one recommended to me and I'd love to know how their customer service was.

We had to replace the hose coming from the pump to the lift... also replaced a couple of the quick dis-connects.

Now we have in line valves... enabling us to change the pump flow from the lift to the hyd. jack, leaking problems have gone away.
