Way to go Charlie and Leh.
Colin: Miracle on 48th street! Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.
Thanks for sharing the great pix SeaCay.
A couple more of the Big Turtle seems appropriate.

I'll try to give the details I remember at I sit here waiting for my flight. In gtc4, I think glen was first or second. The car in front of him was an orange rsr lookng thing. Not sure about c3, but i think cory friedman won the hard charger award. Leh actually had a little mistep in 17 and was done for the weekend. Damaged looked pretty minor.
In the black enduro, we had a long red/black. It was a big hit going down to the hairpin and happened right in front of me. And no, I won't mention any details. After that, I completely screwed up and never made my pitstop, so I was "in P1" at the checker and announced as the overall winner...apparently all I need is a 5 minutes head start to beat Kevin Buckler and Spebcer Pumpelly .
For the person that asked about Barry Brensinger, I think he was 2nd or 3rd in J. I passed him on the last lap of the sprint, and managed to hold off the power charge of the GT3!
Lets see... What else. Cory Jump won his sprint group, and Doug "I want my F" Crossman won the new E. I tried to see where the big turttle finished, but I only picked up the first 2 pages of results .
All in all, it was a great event. The regions do a great job keeping thing fun, and the overall atmosphere is really top notch. It feels very "professional" with all the great dinners, tons of sponsors, and the absurdly good driving level. I will say there really was too much contact... Something we should all work to change for our next event...a $5 trophy just ain't worth it. As vicki said, let's take care of each other out there.
I am sure I'm forgetting a zillion rennlisters and other events of note, but that's all my tired brain can remember right now!

Colin-
We didn't get a chance to meet at the event but I did meet a few other Rennlisters. I did enjoy mixing it up with you today though. I won the night race in GT4s but Palumbo was too much for all of us 4s guys today. I got second. I do remember you making it pretty hard on me

Good run Peter. You'll have to let me know when you are coming up north again.

I haven't had time to re-size photos yet but I've uploaded the raw shots both good and bad.

They are all very large so don't even look if you have a slow connection.
Colin & Jupeman, it was nice to meet you guys, great driving, congrats.
