Default David System/Video Camera

I have an AIM data acquisition along with the David video setup. I am reserching options for the best and most cost-effective video camera to use with my setup. Any suggestions?

I have purchased the Chasecam system. No experience with it yet as it will be tested next week at Sebring.

With that setup I'd go with a ChaseCam system. You can start off with a single camera and then expand to a second camera if you wanted to later.

You do not need a Chasecam setup. All you have to do is get a bullet camera (or two) and plug them into the DaVid setup. Did your dealer not tell you this?

The DaVid doesn't have an onboard recorder.

A new version due this spring/summer should.

You plug the bullet cameras into the DaVid and then they DaVid integrates the video and data into a single output.

yeah, I see that now

I was confused by a conversation with a dealer, and the fact the bullet camers hook into the DaVid

They sorta beat around the bush online as well. The pictures all show it with a recorder too.

The next one will have a recorder though.
