Here is a clarification from Nick Hrycaj the Sebring race registrar.

I am registered and confirmed for the Thurs night Test-n-tune but clubregistration showed pending.

This explains why in case anyone else shows up this way:

Now I see what you mean. Way back when, we opened the Thursday Night "Test & Tune" as a private event on November 23, 2007. When the dust settled with PCA and the Club Race opened on December 5, 2007, the original Thursday Night "Test & Tune" became the Thursday Night Practice under PCA rules (no longer a private event) and became part of the Club Race registration (merged into the Club Race registration) .

If you look at your registration you will see the TNP as part of your registration and your entire registration is confirmed. The Thursday Night Practice that you see is dead and should be eliminated but it has been kept to confirm registrations if issues come up. I could have missed someone in the merge...

I believe you are active on the Porsche forums, you might want to mention this.
