FS: G50/05 transmission
I posted on the 964 board and then it dawned on me that it would make more sense here. Folk my be interested in upgrading from a 915 to a G50 ...
I'm replacing the stock G50/05 in my car with a G50/32 (moving from tall 5-speed box to close-ratio 6-speed with steel synchros). As Porsche would not accept the existing transmission as the core exchange, I have a G50/05 available (Rennlist Classifieds in the 964 parts section).
The G50/32 comes with a nice new LSD - the motorsports 40/65 lockup version not the 25/65 put in street cars. I'm most likely to retain the new Guard unit I put in last year. If interested in the /32 LSD contact me. I believe the part number is 950.332.083.31
