Default WTB: 8:32 Ring & Pinion for G50

Does anyone have a good 8:32 ring & pinion for a G50 for sale?

Angus, the G6420 is a 4WD US gearbox, not a G50 (2WD)...Different gear ratios and housing. Steve Weiner will be able to get you what you need. Your first/second gear will be too short though

Alternatively, you might want to check Paul Guard and Powerhaus II for example.

Thanks for the suggestion, I spoke to Steve Weiner and have come up with a workable solution - it looks like we are going to be re-gearing instead of changing the ring and pinion.

rico, I have a car that looks almost identical to yours, and I grew up in Sarasota. what a small world. I ran a G50 with an 8:32 and I now have a re geared box with a standard ring and pinion. I will be happy to walk you through the differences.

Much better solution (and more expensive!). You will benefit from less RPM drops between gears, you will keep your 1-2nd. as is, and you can customize your gears. Goodluck.
