you might want to give them a call. the x51 oil pan might have been implemented on the 997.

Now that I have Motons, some GT3 front and rear suspension components, and R-compound tires on my 997 C2S, I'm very interested in this subject. Has anyone verified that the Suncoast part is necessary and fits on the 997 C2S?

I've heard of issues with the Boxter, 996, Cayman engines due to inherent design flaws. Haven't heard about 997s yet. This is sounding like a time bomb for the factory.

i just started running mpsc's at the end of last de season, so i just orderd an x51 pan from suncoast and a deep sump kit from ln engineering. ln engineering also recomended using an accusump.
