Talking Yoko's Advan 0048?

How do these compare to the RA-1s ?I usually get over 30 heat cycles on my RA-1s using some TireClaw on them.Anyone got an idea about the number of heat cycles you can get on the Yoko's?Also how is the grip in comparison to the Ra-1's?TIA HOP

Try a search on RA-1 and / or Yokohama... I remember reading some posts in the past where people with experience with both posted comments. I think I remember most feeling the RA1 was perhaps the best "hybrid" tire out there - superior to the Advan.

The consensus is the RA-1 is slightly grippier and much longer lasting. From personal experience the A048 seems to fall off slightly after about 16-20 cycles and is plastic after about 25.
