I'd love to but I really don't have the time. Heck, I'd like a few spares for myself. They run $500-600 and it is a great design.
If anyone knows anyone in the Houston area for the job, let me know.
autosea, what about a mold and a fiberglass version?

Call any boat shop and ask who does their repairs or the yellow pages. That is an easy mold to make. You will get your money back by throwing a few up on evilbay.
