Does this H&N restraint attach to the seat? It looks that way from the picture. If that's the case, it seems like a good way to break your neck if you ever get into an accident ...

Yeah, it looks like a good way to snap your neck in the wrong circumstances. They should call it the hangman's restraint system.

At least this statement from the ad is true... "The CHRS (Cross Head Restraint System) is not like other head restraints... "

It's hard to tell how securely that attaches to the helmet from the picture . Perhaps it would be safer to wrap it around your neck three times instead?
