2008 48 Hours at Sebring RACE Info and Dates
2008 Race info and opening date have been posted to our website www.48-hours-at-sebring.com.
New this year: Inaugural running of a Night Race; with 3 hours of practice on Thursday night and 2-3 hours of races on Friday night, Enduro on SATURDAY, 15th annual commemorative calendar, 48 Hours at Sebring Club Race DVD and a Reverend and Rabbi will provide religious services.
Friday night fiesta party is complimentary to all followed by our Saturday night Bar-B-Que. Don't miss the Largest PCA Club Race in America!
Looking forward to seeing our friends return and making new friends. 2008 should prove to be another great 48 Hours at Sebring Club Race and as usual, a great place to be to get away from the February COLD!
Questions, comments, suggestions? Please contact me at sebringclubrace@yahoo.com.
Thanks,
Nick Hrycaj, Registrar

fwiw, I (only) ran 1 night race, (moroso), but flagged at sebring 12hr few times... sebring is good track for night....
-imho, you don't need huge aux lights, just some good fogs pointing about 50 yds ahead, typically in a crossed pattern so you can see the turn in/apex.
problems will be t10, T13-T16, and back straight, unless it rains....
I'm sure others have more experience at night... but I thought over spent on my aux lights, could have gone cheaper and used piaa / hella fogs.
-oh yeah, I did put racers tape (stripes) over my rear windshield to help provide non blinding rear vision. (2" open spacing)

Oh heck yeah Nick! This is why Sebring is our favorite race of the year. 3 cars coming from PA... now just have to figure out how to get them there.
PM me if your transporter comes through Phila and you have room for 3 cars????

Registration opens December 5th, we always find a way to get everyone in so take it easy on the server! No need to have everyone sign up in the first five minutes.
Yup, sprints on Sunday...
Thanks,
Nick
