I use a Momo 330mm suede w/Sabelt gloves.

If you are a driver with long legs:
A small diameter wheel gives you more room between your knees and the wheel.
I have a spacer that brings the wheel 1.5 inches closer to me and gives me more room as well.

You can also get a wheel with more dish.

What if I want to keep the same stock wheel position/depth with a new MOMO Mod 78 (no dish) in an '87 911. Do I need a spacer or does the hub adapter put the wheel in essentially the stock position??
