Sounds to me like they were trying to cheat and got busted. How do you have a car built specifically for a certain series and screw that up? I dont get it.

Gregory Loles, team owner:..."Unfortunately, an oversight during the measurement process allowed our fuel cell to have a meaningless overcapacity – in fact, the car was unable to make it to the end without a stop for fuel."

That sounds like racing language for we got busted. You always hear something like that when someone gets busted. It wasnt helpful etc.

Who's measurement was it? Does Porsche send the cars out with ALMS spec cells in them already?

That's a shame. It's good to have guys like Lou around the ALMS. I'm surprised that GM hasn't stepped in to help him. He's been very loyal to those guys.

Yeah, I can't see LG running a 430 or 911 in ALMS, just doesn't seem right. I hope they can find some funding and keep Curran on board. Curran is having such a bad season in World Challenge, he should just get his sponsors to switch to the LG GT2 car for the rest of the year..

LG would make a good Porsche Tuner. I'd love for some of their developement parts, especially the aero stuff.
