I might be going to Road Atlanta.
If you have a trailer with living quarters, or tow with a motorhome, can you stay in the paddock? Is there a shower nearby? How about 24hr access? Looks like quiet time is midnight to 7:00 am, and no alcohol anywhere.

There are showers in the mens room. I believe that 24-hr access and camping depends on the club, contact them.

As for no OH, every event that I've been to allows OH after the track goes cold.

Parking depends on the event and how early you get there. For large events, paddock space is limited and fills up fast so try to get there early if you want to park there. You can probably find some place to park in the infield in a pinch though. The track has a small pavilion with showers and toilets; portable toilets are spread around the track.

Best bet is to contact the event organizer and get details from them.
