Dawe Motorsport in Stroudsburg, PA might be a good place to start.

Mitsubishi Evo race car.... Now that i'm racing with NASA I really need to cut the weight. Unfortunately none of the lexan, polycarbonate manufacturers carry the molds for my car.

Here is a crazy idea that worked for me. I traced the OEM window with paper and copied the pattern onto 3/16" flat lexan sheet that cost about $250 bucks. It mostly fit my window area and would do so with some force at the edges. I heated the leaxan slowly with a heatgun used for removing paint (like a really hot hairdrier) Then I molded to the window frame as needed. It worked great. Then I ordered a universal tearoff blank from Pro-tint.com to protect the lexan. It is applied with a water solution they provide.
