I sold the 993 RS replica about a year ago. It lives in Texas now, near you, with its new owner where it is well cared for. I do miss it but am enjoying the new car a lot.

It doesn't cost anything to attend. I haven't seen the schedule but they usually start around 8:15 to 8:30.

I made it by on Saturday around lunch time and wandered around for a few hours. It was nice meeting the ones of you I could find.

Jerry, It dawned on me later that you were probably the guy in the red Turbo right? Crap, we parked right next to each other and even said hi. I took a drive around to the various veiw points on the track and when I got back you were gone.

Anyway, I had a good time wandering around and taking pictures of the cars running. Beautiful track.

Steve, no actually that was not me. My car is NA and I did not attend this one. I decided I didn't want to melt myself or my car. I may try to attend the Oct. event but I am not sure. I am definitely going to Roebling in Sept though.

Jerry (Jester 911) - Actually, I meant Jerry (Boeing 717) in his red 964 turbo who you had replied to in your last post. We parked rignt next to each other and I didn't snap that it was him. I lost sight that there were multiple Jerry's responding. Sorry for the confusion. I'll look you up if I'm there again someday. I'm sure I'll be back for another visit to my brother next year and hopefully can coordinate it to do this again. May try to bring my car next time. I would love to drive that track!

Heh Steve thats so funny man... i didnt see your earlier post that you would be in a blue toyota or i may have just missed it and yea we did park right next to each other at the same time go figure. Anyhow it was very cool to attend somthing like that it was my first time and i really enjoyed it. Will have to get more involved in the future.

Hey Steve - sorry I didn't have time to chat much when you stopped by, getting the car back together was top of mind. Nice pics! My car looks just as fast as the rest of them in the pics! I had to ice my left arm down from doing point-bys, my 145HP doesn't go far in Group 5.
