Can't really say I ever met Charlie, but Ive raced with him and know he is an ackomplished driver. His record spreaks for itself, and Also can't say I give a ____ about who hit who again its racing, and there was obvious debris, and blame cant be accessed at all.
I have also enjoyed many of VR's posts in the past, although I dont always agree with him, and am pretty sure he races beemers so is "out there" like us.
While were are at it though. I would think debris or no debris, spin or no spin, unless he spins into you (which cant happen if he is in front of you), if the car Ahead of you loses it and you make contact it would be you who hit him, even if you had to go agro too avoid him, (you almost skated it.)
Again, I know you are good dude, and could careless about this one other than the fact noone got hurt, cause there was potentional for a t-bone there somewhere, but I would like to hear peoples opinion of this as this topis never came up.

For anyone still interested, here is my in-car view of the same incident from a few rows behind Dr. Jupeman. Interesting note: towards the end of the video note how car #70 uses Jupeman's disabled Cup as a "pick" to block me out on the backstright. Nice move!
