Get a bigger screen Ok - where was the second shot taken - be specific

The Gulf livery is my favorite, especially on a nice 917.

Second choice would be the Carrera 2.7 look - white car, red "Carrera" on the rockers, red-highlights on the fuchs, and the all-important duck-tail. (If you consider that as livery, of course!)

Shooting on the pit wall is about that close!!
I was a bit further away, at least 100 feet - I'm guessing I shot that with the 35mm equivalent of a 450mm lens.

Actually I was ouside turn 3 - just beyond the Z parking area when the catch fence finally ends. Not sure why I shooting there that day. I did not have any photo credentials to use the tower.
