Hey now Gary, give us some details? Sorry I couldn't hang around Friday and Saturday - had too much on my plate. But I sure did have a good time on Thursday - the "perfect" DE day

Just got back from watching Saturdays races, and want to say thanks to all the drivers. The races were greatly entertaining to watch! The weather was dry and relatively warm (freaking hot for Lime Rock in April), which made for a terrific day to race.

Gary, you did great. You more than held your own out there. There was some great racing in your group - although Richter looks like he should be racing the GT cars with his little G car. He was in a different race.

Charlie, great to meet you in person. Your sprint race was a ton of fun to watch. You and Scotto really were mixing it up. You looked great out there. That was quite a start in big bend. Great entertainment.

Have to agree that the 964 Cups are really pretty AND fast!

Thanks Sean, it was a great time. I wished we could have run the Enduro without the long double yellows as that was where I was trying to absorb as much racecraft as I could while trying to stay ON the track and be safe. It's so tempting to dive under someone that's holding you up but I kept my head on straight and my goal of "just finish".. I have years (I think!) to learn from the good guys out there and improve..

Default C1 Cups Stole the show!

And that show is only gonna get better. The G-Men were incredibly fast, but there was not much passing. F had nothing for G but had some good racing.

LRP needs to activate the scoreboard. Watching the enduro (with pits) is a guess job. The last enduro was jumbled due to wet qualifying. You were never sure what racing was for position.

It was my fifth club race spectation, and had the best racing overall. Good Cup turnout is a good sign for a race that seemed to be shrinking towards extinction.

As cup classes grow and most stock classes (except E) shrink it made a real challange for enduro race class speed differentiation. My hat is off to all competitors for the lack of car to car contact. I am sure that it was not easy for either the passers or passies.
