It will take some serious cash to live the dream, but there is plenty of that on Rennlist -

I was reading the HOA rules and the place sounds perfect. Track available 365days a year.
oh yeah - no affiliation yadda yadda yadda...

These "country club" type developments for people that love to track is such a great idea. They're popping up all over the country in places that have wide open space. Sadly, SoCal could support such a venture, but between the lack of open space and the environmentalists, we can only look at the rest of the country and only dream

I was adding up the costs on this and it would be ridiculous. It would be great to play this rich man's game though.

It wouldn't be so bad except for the 1.5-2 mil anti. $1,800 a month for all the track time and golf you can play is a good deal.
I have an idea: Lets combine the resources of 3 people, find an owner and offer to pay the HOA monthlies for an open invitation to use the amenities.

The proposed motor-sports parks are appearing with greater frequency as the real-estate market begins to tank.....this tell you something? None I know of have been built and are in use.
