Bill, I have heard GREAT things about those Nittos, no joke. Thanks for corraborating that! I have run RA1's w/o interruption for the least year+ with great results. The Hankooks came up at a dirt cheap price, so I thought I would expand my horizons & try something new. Live & learn. They are not bad at all, but they are not great (so far). Maybe they will get good right before they cord, but to me RA1's properly shaved are GTG from lap 1. So after these are used up, I will either go back to RA1's (I buy World Challenge take offs lightly used) or try the Nittos.
Sorry to hear about your waste gate.
I have never dynoed my car. Stock it puts out 240 at the crank. With a cone filter + software, I am guessing 250. What that means at the wheels is anyone's guess. 195 maybe? 200? Car is currently 3296 lbs. with fuel and me in it. Add 200 to that for a passenger (more for the lardass I had that day! )
I would guess you would have no problems doing consistent 57's there with proper boost at that weight! Glad to help any way I can. You are a good drover from what I have seen so far! IMO, the places where it is easiest to make up the most time are the 1-2 complex (obviously), 5-6, 8, and 12.
