Default Michelin Cup slicks needed

Anyone happen to have an extra full set of yellows or blues for the Atlanta PCA race? I have one full set but would like two.

Also I have four high bank rears (the ones they released for Daytona last year) and would be willing to sell/trade.

Can't help you, but since no one can seem to get a new set of Cup slicks your one set should effectively be two!

Good luck.

I've taken to using some of the used sets (usually 3-4 cycles) from my IMSA racing friends and reversing them on the rims. I them switch them to the other side thereby keeping them turning in the same direction. It works remarkably well, I've done that twice now and gotten 4-5 good practice sessions out of them. I qualified on a used set last month and would have been second out of 9 Cups if my tranny mount hadn't broken....

Bleep Michelin for being so ignorant and/or just plain stupid. How do you produce 200-300 sets of rears without any fronts?....

Are they available in europe from anyone? We could do a group buy and ship in a container. I can handle the shipping & customs clearence via my father in laws company. They dont need DOT approval in any way I believe.

Unfortunately they're not available in France, Germany , or anywhere. We looked into that last month..... I still want to know how Michelin could produce 200-300 rears without matching fronts. I mean really, how could that happen?

Seems that EVERYONE is out of them. You wonder how this time of year sneaks up on a tire manufacturer......
