Default Hope I'm not letting the cat out of the bag

but...

Hope to see you (the new owner) at VIR March 30. Also, props to Robert and Terry, they are the best!!! He is going to do my NASA HPDE tech inspection, instead of going to the hooligans NASA recommends. Amazing, but there is more joy and comfort in paying for his time than getting it for free by the only available shop on NASA web site in my area, that also has a reputation for ...

I don't know if it will pass tech. Since I'll be working it I think I'm going to have to take it out for an ontrack evaluation.

You don't mind passing up the first run session do you??

Seriously, great lloking and I look forward to hear it scream on the track!

ooops, I just realized, That's not my car, although I wish it was. Damn, I really screwed this thread up. I was searching for the new owner here on Rennlist just to give a chance to let me drive it for him, hehe, just kidding.

I figured that if I owned a Porsche the instructors wouldn't laugh at my ride like they did at Summit. Now you have me worried.

I wish my red 44 would morph into a badass orange race-prepped 911.... Maybe when I get home I should look in the garage...

Oh, he's the guy who got pissed at Forklift for tailgating him through the carousel & esses. Let me think here, ol'e Fork buddy has 260 hp if he's lucky and that car has 425, maybe 450 and a full race suspension on slicks? Yeah, this guy should be quick at VIR.

I apologize for this thread, it was a good thread, just got mixed up with the wrong people (me?). Seriously, My mechanic, Robert, had this car at his shop for a long time, and I was just giving a thumbs up to the new owner. I've been admiring it for a long time, which might mean I've also been spending to much time at the shop. The consolation is that whenever I'm in to buy parts, Robert is kind enough to take take the time out to come listen to my grandiose plans of track superstardom.

Larry, in the owner's defense since I know him and I know he doesn't read rennlist, it was his 1st day with the car and he was taking it very, very easy.
