During the DE at LRP on 3/29 Red and Black were combined in the afternoon. That changed things only in that instead of 15-16 cars per group we had 30 in one group (which was how large Black was on Friday and Saturday with CVR). Reds and Blacks worked out just fine - I'd say both groups were at the same level. Now take those 32 drivers and spread them out over a 3.5 mile track instead of a 1.5 mile one and ...ahhhh... More stretching of the legs...

Edit for typo...

What...we're going to Summit Point?

I thought Watkins Glen was 3.5 miles?

Did the location get changed....How come I'm always the last one to hear about these things!! Is it because the food is better at the snack bar at Summit?

Default Bad news / good news

The bad news is all of the garage bays are sold out for the advanced DE.

The good news is if you have not registered for the event yet, there still is space available. So don't delay and get your registration form mailed in.

Just got my confirmation. I'm looking forward to this event - and the end of tax season

How do you know if you have a garage? My buddy paid for a full bay (1/2 is mine) and never heard either way...

Hi Gary
My recollection is that you don't get confirmation of the garage until closer to the event, but if your buddy sent in the garage check at the same time as the registration, and it was early in the process, you are probably OK.

You mean you don't like standing around in the rain?
